What I've been looking for for a long time.
I travel to Europe from the U.S. several times a year and I have multiple adapters for different parts of Europe depending on where I'm going. This adapter is a universal one that allows you to plug an electronic device with a North American, European, UK, or Australian plug type into an outlet from any of the same. I actually have a couple varieties of the multi-region adapter already. Where this is different is it has an assortment of 1 USB-A and 3 USB-C ports, powered by a 140W max GaN charger. When the adapter/charger is plugged in there's a tiny LED that lights in the middle of the 4 USB ports. Instructions say that if it isn't lit then there is an overload and you should remove one or more items plugged in. There's also a fuse that can burn out that would also cause the lED to not light and they give instructions on replacing the fuse.It comes with the adapter, a USB-C cable, a carry bag and a 2 sided instruction sheet with tiny print, I scanned it and blew up the image to be able to read it. It lists how to use the adapter, the specifications and all the countries/areas for each type of outlet. There's only the one multi-region socket to power plug in devices. You move a lever on the left side to select the correct outlet type to plug into. Pushing that lever locks out the other 2 so only one plug type can be used at a time. This is convenient for powering travel items like shavers or hair dryers or older laptops that have a plugin dedicated power transformer. But what I was most excited about were the USB port options. used for only one USB cabled device the USBC ports 1 and 2 can power up to 140W and the third one 30W. The USBA port is listed at 18W. I tested these with just the USBC charging cable for my Macbook Pro and it verified those values. With multiple shared USB devices the power combinations vary and the tiny instruction sheet shows all the various combinations. What this means is that this one adapter can charge my laptop, my phone and my Apple Watch using just one plug socket. That's great as it replaces several other adapters and at least one power adapter. All in one small 2x2x3 5/8 inch brick that weighs a little over half a pound.Charging my laptop for 30 minutes at 140W didn't generate any noticeable heat. This Travel charger will go in my travel backpack replacing several other adapters and chargers. They also include a meter long USBC to USBC cable with a velcro strap which I didn't test but it looks solid for travel use. This is what I've been looking for for quite a while. Will make traveling a little easier.

Strong entry into the travel adapter arena.
I travel a lot for work and have to remember to bring various adapters for the countries I'm traveling to as well as the various adapters to charge and power my electronics. This one adapter replaces a lot of things I need to carry with me when I travel.Pros: Has prongs to support plugs in multiple countries. Orange tabs are used to slide out the desired plug type based on the country you are in. The Europe adapter slides out to support multiple types of plugs which is very nice. The unit itself is heavier than most types of chargers but it fast charges cell phones very well and charges my laptop as well. There are multiple USB ports on this adapter and you have to choose the right one to power/charge your equipment. The adapter does have a fuse built in as there is a storage place that contains an extra fuse. This unit supports 100-250V which means it can be used anywhere in the world.Cons: The writing on the unit that explains which ports supply which wattage is quite small and might be hard to read for older adults. Would have liked to have seen each port marked separately on the capability it can provide but included documentation also covers this information. The unit does what I need it to do, so I can't complain too much about my old man eyes not being able to read the small print.Overall this appears to be a very well constructed unit that I plan to get a lot of use from. As I travel and use it around the world, I will update this review if this unit falters for any reason.

Like the high watts, but loose connection to the wall
I like that this delivers powerful wattage, and acts as an international power companion. My complaint would be that it always tilts backwards to the point it's almost falling. They should change up the design so that the usb slots are closer to the wall than to the outer edge, where it puts extra weight causing it to tilt down. I also wasn't expecting this to be this heavy, but it beats carrying extra electronic pieces for travel.

impressive so far
Passes all the initial checks for an ideal worldwide travel companion.Built very solidly with good weight in a compact, convenient form. Easy to operate with clearly labeled sliders for a given region.Very fast latest gen GAN charging technology that's working great so far. Has all the other features expected of a top tier travel adaptor - built-in fuse, multiple USB-C ports and USB-A support. Should be durable.Looking forward to trying this on journeys around the world. Will update this review if functionality for a particular region isn't what it should be.
