Disappointed with Quality - Unsafe for Kids
I purchased the TOT NEST Scooter for my child, but unfortunately, the quality is far from satisfactory. The screw fittings are very loose, and the screws keep falling off, even while my kid is riding the scooter. This is not only inconvenient but also unsafe for children.This is the second time I am facing this issue and have had to complain. Additionally, the wheels do not move freely, which makes it difficult to use. It's frustrating to fix the screws repeatedly.I do not recommend this product. The manufacturer needs to address these issues and provide a reliable solution. Until then, I suggest avoiding this scooter.
