Berberine Supplement - Enhanced with Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric, Milk Thistle, Bitter Melon for Digestion, Immunity & Weight Managament (150 Count (Pack of 1))

Decided to try these out as I was seeing a lot of good information about Berberine and weight loss. I have been taking these for about two weeks and I have noticed a big difference in my stomach area, it looks flatter and less bloated. I take 2 of these pills a day. One in the morning and one at dinner time. I have had no bad side effects with this. I have found that I don't feel hungry like I did before taking these so I am no longer just snacking for no reason!

Slow but steady weight loss! Just the way I like it. I bought this June 14, it is now June 28.. I started at 165 on the 14th, today the 28th I weigh 156.2. So this product does work.Unlike other products that gives you jitters, this Berberine does not. Also, I don't notice less cravings yet, but it still works on weight loss.I'm exercising the same as before, but I have noticed I eat less food and I definitely snack a lot less.I would recommend for anyone wanting to lose weight at a slow and steady pace. I'll update after I finish the the first bottle.

Update: Without even asking, the seller reached out and gave a refund. I'm guessing they saw my review. It was not their fault that I had a reaction to one of the ingredients. I have changed my rating due to their attentive business practice. As far as berberine as a tool for weight loss, it has worked wonders for me. I lost around 20 pounds in a few short months.Original review: I've taken another brand of berberine and didn't have any problems but this one gave me terrible upper abdominal pain. It's likely from one of the other ingredients. I suspect the bitter melon. At any rate, I'm unable to take this & will have to cancel subscription.

I started this supplement because I felt like my blood sugar was out of control and the crashes were causing me to binge eat, especially on days where I ate a lot of fruit, and when I tried intermittent fasting and ate a lot of my nutrition in one or two sittings. I'm in perimenopause and was up 20lbs despite not having made lifestyle changes (I lift weights and track my diet, have been for years). My fasting glucose was on the very highest end of normal, which was concerning. I started with 1 pill after lunch, and just recently started doing 1 pill in the morning and a second after lunch.I read somewhere that berberine takes 8-12 weeks to work, and right on week 8 I noticed that I had increased urine output (common with berberine). I am on week 12 now and I'm down 10lbs and feeling great again. My cravings are gone, I'm no longer tempted to raid my pantry, and my swelling and bloating are gone as well. This is the second brand I've tried, and the other supplements in addition to berberine may be making a huge difference, as I didn't see this effect when I took berberine alone from a different brand. Definitely a good value for the money, good pill size that is easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

So far, I'm totally loving it and could tell the difference right away after the first dose! I talked my diabetic niece and nephew into it also. She is no longer falling asleep after every meal but has big energy!

I gave it 3 stars because the product is not right for me. I experienced an increase in restless leg and after much research found that it is linked to Berberine. I haven't experienced restless leg since I was pregnant 6 years ago. I also felt super hungry and nauseated at times. This bottomed out my glucose levels. Research shows this product is best for diabetics and I am not. I was taking it for appetite control. I recommended it to my father-in-law since he has diabetes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've tried other berberine supplements prior to this one. The cumulative effect of the other ingredients was something I wanted to try. On initial use, this one has worked better for me by far. There was no gastric issues, no sugar crash after eating. It was quite noticeable for me.
