Product is not working as expected. Car is not standing and converting to robot, it only runs

Interactive and engaging for kids.
The only drawback is ,it doesn't have volume control buttom which could be alittle disturbing with the high sound when playing melodies in it. Apart from it , it's a very engaging toy for 2 year olds too .. Learning pronunciation of alphabets will become easy for them through this toy .
