So I'm not a big fan of drunk stuff like this because they all taste blah. This one is no different, I mean it's not a horrible taste (personally I think a citrus flavor would be best), but the trick is to drink it immediately and not sip on it. It's forced me into a good habit of getting down a first glass of water before drinking my coffee and my water intake has also increased.I've been using this along with FOODOLOGY Coleology Cutting Jelly and FOODOLOGY Coleology Cut for 2 months now. I've lost in that 2 months 6.8lbs. Which may not seem like much but for my age, hypothyroidism, and the fact that I do not workout as much as I should or would like (unless if you call yard work exercise), that's about average and I'm rather content. My gut seems to be appreciating these supplements as well. I don't feel bloaty.The main complaint I have aside from the drink mix taste is that there is ONLY 15 sticks of the drink mix a box and 10 jelly a box. At the price it is that's a 2 week supply it should be a 30 day supply or there should be offered to get a 30 day supply. Although I will be purchasing the 3 box offer but sheesh $90 for a month and 2 weeks.

If you do have health problems to which you are afraid of taking because it might affect other medications you are taking, do consult with your doctor before taking them. But for 'normal' healthy people this is 99% safe to take.This product is amazing, people who say it doesn't work are typically people who DO NOT work out daily, or lift heavy. I started to work out almost 5-7X a week, and trust me this helps out A LOT while regulating your diet. I've been consistent with this product for almost a year and I went from 170 lbs to 127 lbs in 6-8 months, at a height of 5'3ft. You still have to work out for the supplements to work. It helps with bloating, binge eating, and fulfills all the other nutrients.This product DOES NOT work overnight, give it at least 1-3 months to start seeing REAL results. Make it a habit so the body system can get used to it and figure out what it does to it. People who give up on the product are typically lazy and do not want to see results. No--I do not work for this product. YES, I've tried MULTIPLE supplements, and the Koreans do it best. This supplement is the ONLY supplement approved by the Ministry of Korea which is basically America's version of the FDA.People complain 'it's expensive' but have no problems going out to eat every night or week and spending hundreds of dollars on food compared to what you need to spend on this every 2-3 weeks. This is an investment on health that doesn't seem to get into people's thick skull minds. Overall, amazing product.
