I really loved this chair, very comfortable!

After having used this chair for several weeks, I can recommend this chair as a good value. It has all the movements I need for my home office and appears to be quite sturdy. The assembly went smoothly with well documented directions, numbered parts and all the tools required, but not without a hitch. The chair seat that was to be attached with 4 bolts to the pedestal legs would not all screw in. One of the bolts would only screw in halfway, being blocked by something within the seat. To the credit of the of the manufacturer, the chair was shipped with an extra long and short bolt, and I was able to use the extra short bolt to complete the job. A reasonably capable person should be able to put together this chair in about 15 minutes.

This chair was great for about a year, then suddenly I noticed when I would lean back, there was no force to stop me from flipping backwards, turns out the cheap steel they used to make the base split in half before the inserts popped out of the press board.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it - and she can be pretty critical about office chairs judging by several unsuccessful trip to Staples.For my part, it was easier to put together than other chairs I've purchased (we have several offices) so that was a big plus for me! It also seems sturdy.The wife also loves the color!(Happy Wife - Happy Life!)

Average product but what you would expect for the price point and what I consider to be a 1-2 year disposable chair.Quality was marginal as two of the screw attachments for the seat/arms appeared to have been damaged in production, and I could not fully screw in the bolts.I was able to make it work with a shorter 30mm M6 bolt. Easier to pick these up at Home Deport than do a return/exchange.Regardless I would not expect this type of problem.
