They Don't Work1) They don't soften or remove any ear wax. There is no heat transfer and no vacuum2) There is no burn cut off!3) The "protective disc" is a farce - it should be labelled "A Fire Hazard " as it catches alight and very dangerous.This item is a total con and should be removed from the shelves

Didn’t work at all.. have used other ones multiple times and have worked so know that they do but not this type. tried twice but same thing nothing and then used an ear bud after and heaps of wax came out
