After receiving delivery of this machine I only had to wait 10 days before having it fail. This, of course, was after loading software and personal files onto the machine. The seller's proposed solution was to ship it back and have them replace it with another reburbished model. This was unacceptable, so I had it repaired locally at my own expense.This type of thing has happened to me several times before. I hope I have learned my lesson.UPDATE:In addition to making the mistake of buying a refurbished computer, I just discovered that this model DOES NOT contain an SSD (Solid State Drive) as advertised. It actually has a Toshiba MG03ACA drive which is a conventional hard drive (HHD). There is a difference.
