This Gluten-Free Pasta is a Winner!
Oh, my! This is the gluten-free linguine pasta I have been dreaming of! As other reviewers have stated, this Banza pasta tastes better than any other gluten-free pasta I have eaten. And being celiac, and the only celiac in my household, my family and I have tasted them all. This Banza Chickpea Pasta tastes just like "real" pasta, and cooks up nice and firm, like real pasta. Other gluten-free pastas dissolve in the cooking water within in a very few minutes. This pasta behaves like regular pasta, and allows you to cook it to "al dente" if you desire, or further, without falling apart. I cook it for 10 minutes in salted boiling water as per the cooking instructions on the box. My family loves it, and could not tell the difference the first time I served it. It also has more protein than many other pastas. So far I have served it with my spaghetti meat sauce and also used it as a side dish to roasted chicken in my "pasta cappellini with lemon, garlic and parsley" recipe. It's perfect! My family loves it. Altogether, it's a winner!

Chick pea pasta sounded great. Nutritious and not full of carbs
My wife and I eat chick pea salad almost daily for lunch. Chick pea pasta sounded great. Nutritious and not full of carbs. We had the Banza chick pea pasta with Red Clam sauce we made. The Red clam sauce is fantastic. The Banza pasta was terrible. It stuck together like mush. I did not even cook it for the full time recommended by the box I took it out at 9 minutes. What a disappointment. We ordered 6 boxes. We used two and threw the rest out.

A winner among low-carb pasta alternatives
One of the best low-carb and wheat-free pasta alternatives we've tried that actually passes for pasta. Texture is very convincing, and flavor does not overwhelm even mild sauces, like white clam sauce. I can enjoy pasta again! I really like the linguine, but haven't been able to find it in our local stores (although they do carry 4 other shapes). Was very happy to find this on-line.

I ordered the linguini
and I got it... but it wasn't like one solid strand like you'd expect. oh no no it was in a million tiny pieces. which is fine but also not.

Good lower carb substitute
This is a really good, easy, low carb substitute for traditional pasta. It foamed A LOT while cooking so make sure you have expansion room in your pot. I rinsed it and put in a marscpone sauce with shallots, tomatoes and basil. The sauce adherence was good. The taste was fine and the texture as pretty close to traditional pasta.I am trying to up my protein and lower my carbs so this is great for that.I have tried the so called “miracle noodles”, these are better, for the following reasons: no fishy smell, cooks the same as traditional pasta, better sauce adherence, better texture. If you are on keto these may have too many carbs, but if you are simply trying to increase protein and lower carbs these are better.

Tasty and Just like wheat pasta
All types of this past cook up and taste like regular pasta, and each takes on the flavors of your sauce and herbs very well. Much more tolerable than wheat pasta-a plus.Higher protein and fiber. One one of the few carbs I consume for my modified Keto diet. It's not a legume product-another plus.Very happy with and will continue to purchase!

Great pasta!
This is an excellent product. It has a flavor profile not unlike a whole grain pasta. It is pricey in supermarkets, but if purchased in bulk on Amazon, it is a bargain.

The Linguine with regular starch remains whole after boiling...
The pasta is very fragile, just like the spaghetti, and Banza's packaging is different... in that the regular Linguine is loose in the box; whereas the "spaghetti" and "reduced" starch... is thin like the spaghetti and is packaged in a "plastic" bag within the box. This is because the pasta is very fragile... and the taste is completely disappointing from the regular "Linguine" which I enjoy with a homemade POMI tomato sauce... which makes everything taste better... however, this reduced starch is very disappointing in flavor... I'd rather pay $60 for the regular Linguine...I just threw out the last 10 boxes of the 12 box package. Well, I've been a Vegan for about 8 months and it's a learning process... I take the loss because I so enjoy the BANZA LINGUINE which is sells for $60. I look forward to trying their other products which are thicker and not fragile.
