I did not realize that Windows 10 would be discontinued in December. Since this is a Windows 10 desktop, I must try to exchange it for a Windows 11 desktop. Also, it has a blue screen. That must be corrected.

The system was clean with no physical damage/scratches etc. Worked fine right out of the box. I encountered one issue, non-functional WiFi card, the seller offered to swap the system or send a card, I chose the card.They FedExed me a replacement the next day. Problem solved, appreciate the primo support. Would buy again.

I needed to replace an older laptop and decided to go with this. Even though it is not the most modern CPU it is incredibly fast and runs absolutely perfect with no issues. I would highly recommend that anyone on a budget purchase this machine you will be glad you did. I do graphic design work and even with that renders video and graphics 100 times better than I expected.

unit had issues from the get go, one of the display ports did not work the adapter failed purchased a complete cable from Amazon and worked in the second display port then the dreaded blue screen would not go away. This was the second ReFurb unit will not be another. The customer service Excellent Great people just 2 units, the first not what was ordered and the second failed in a week. Expense added to move product from old unit to new not including time.. Company Excellent this unit awful

I've not purchased a refurb before so I put a lot of trust in the seller that they knew what they were doing. Unlike a new computer this one was slow before I loaded anything in to it. Then I found the location detector was tied to the previous owner and had difficulty getting rid of that. Then the audio started randomly increasing dramatically when videos both online and off would pause or stop/start. The cord on the keyboard shorted about 6 months in. (The shift key was already unreliable by this point.) Now I find that the processor is incapatable to upgrade to Windows 11. This was sold at a time when it was well known that Windows 10 support would be going away. I feel like they unloaded a soon to be outdated PC on me knowing full well what they were doing.

I bought this unit for burning CD's and DVD's. Back-up's Home video transfers etc. The unit has more than enough Power and Memory to do all of these. However the DVD player/ Burner is so weak and flimsy it's a chore to use. That and it only works 1/2 the time I need it. If you buy this unit and you plan on using it for what I am You might want to also buy a stand alone DVD/ CD Burner. This PC is also Not Windows 11 compatable. Not a deal breaker for me though. I can Surf the internet, Rip CD's and burn them and watch You Tube and You Tube TV all in diferrent browsers at the same time with no problem. If I was a gamer I would buy a gaming rig since the vedeo and sound card set up is all stock. And You might be limited on PCI slots. Other than that It's not a bad buy for what I am using it and for the price it's worth it to me.

The speed of this computer surpasses units that I bought in the past. It will run Autocad applications on three monitors while surfing and photoshop. Pretty amazing. My previous dell tower was 4 times bigger with a specialized graphics card that only marginally served all 3 monitors. However, the display adapter that was in the product description, was not included in the package. I had to purchase a display adapter just to test the machine. I suppose I could return the machine, but this computer is amazing and I am not interested in giving it up for the luck of the draw on another computer.Edit***** Was able to contact the seller and they immediately shipped out the display adapter. I changed my review score to 4 stars. I wish I could justify a second machine, I would buy another. Highly Recommended.

On one of the keyboard, some of the keys are not working but overall, the CPU is working fine.
