After trying multiple gels high 5 are my favourite. Taste nice, nice consistency especially compared to other brands & right amount in the tube. Other gels give me a funky belly but never had any issue with these

The product itself is quite good, always feel an immediate effect and the taste is good, on the sweet side as others have said.However, this is the second time I've purchased the mixed box of energy gels. I tend to use 2 or 3 per month which work out very well for longer runs. However, with this second box I've bought in April 2025, the expiry date caught my eye: June 2025. I checked the contents and half of the gels expire June 2025 and half expire on July 2025. 3 months to get through 20 gels will likely be more suitable for someone specifically training for long distance, not for occasional use.Checking against the first box, the expiry was March 2025, for a product purchased in May 2024 seems more reasonable. Maybe I was lucky the first time or unlucky this second time!I would bear that in mind next time when making a purchase, depending on.

I was buying these in singles from Boots as I use these for my diabetic lows at work - they work really well for me - and these work out much more cost effective as a bundle price !

Used them for years, no complaints

We’ve been buying these gels for quite a long time and now they changed the design. They state it’s “to avoid littering”, but, well, normal people don’t throw empty gel packaging everywhere, right? So I doubt it will work. On the other side the new packaging contains - at least visibly - more plastic, so it’s worse for the environment than old one, and also it’s easier now to cut yourself while you drink it (which never happened with old packaging). Looking for a new brand, which is a pity. :(

I love these. Never affect my stomach and perfect consistency !! Berry flavour is great
