Just so convenient. Dissolves very quickly and tastes exactly the same as bottled Gatorade. Of course it’s great for keeping hydrated, but even at 1/4 of normal strength it masks odd tastes and chlorine. I constantly travel to rural job sites and have to deal with whatever well water is available.

Looked everywhere for this item as useful for trips. No stores had in stock and found on Amazon finally. If camping, traveling out of country where you can't pack bottles of Gatorade this is the solution. Especially helpful for dehydration should you becomeill on a trip, so throw a few tubes into your suitcase.

I like the powder better than bottled because I can control how sweet it is. A little goes a long way!

These are individual packets for 16.9 oz waters. They are huge but they make 16.9 oz of gatorade.
