Staedtler Math School Geometry, 10 Piece Set, Blue, Silver

This is a very nice set of compasses and measuring tools. The compasses are very sturdy and made of metal. When you open and close a compass it stays at the angle you've set it to. The eraser is very high quality and erases cleanly with little effort. The only drawback is the storage case is a bit flimsy, and I am concerned about it breaking over time. However, these tools could easily be stored in a different container such as a pencil pouch.

Nice but on the cheap side. My 1990’s version is much more robust that I would not let my child use.

I’m a math teacher and I’ve used plenty of compasses over the years and this is one of my favorites. I use it all the time!!

I was hoping high quality from the brand name but the product was made in China with a mediocre quality. Case is hard for child to open and protractor has the readings along the arc so that the child cannot measure the angle if lines are not long enough to reach at the protractor edge. I faced this issue in almost every workbooks.

I thought the protractors were too big to do anything useful with them. However, the compasses were very easy to use.
