Great price. I have to take these due to hormones I'm taking and these are a great value. Come well sealed and seem to work perfectly.

I took a capsule before sleep, and at 2 AM I had a very bad headache. I didn't realize it was for the capsule. The next day I took it again and it happens the same. So I divided in 3 portions(100mg aprox) and it's working wonders.

After I had reached my optimal dose on TRT, my estrogen was a little out of range on the high side. The clinic suggested I start DIM, but didn’t give me a recommended dose. I ordered these and started taking 2 capsules a day which plummeted my Estro# at my next blood work. It was too low at that point, so they had me dial it back to one capsule a day and I’ve been in range for the last year+.Absolutely has worked for me! Sometimes hard to tell if all these supplements really do what they are supposed to do, but the numbers are clear on this one.
