I went to use it a second time and somehow there’s some metal in the mouthpiece that blocks the pipe. I tried to remove the mouthpiece but it’s not letting me remove it.Bummer, otherwise I like it.

Make the straps tighter so it holds a skinnier pipe. I have to trash this one. It’s just too big. I’d like to return it, but I’m not sure how

It's a beautiful pipe but I've had it less than a week and the wood has already cracked.EDIT: So I received a replacement in the mail, cool on the seller. This one seems to be holding up well. And again, it really is a lovely pipe
