Not brown
It is greyish in shade and looks black after using on eyebrows. You can go for it if you are looking a light black brow pencil.

This is my second pencil, my first one is finished I have re ordered it. Really good eyebrow pencil. And I am not that fan of a black pencil I always go for the brown. Definitely can buy this
