Q: Small/med or large/xl?what are the measurements for these?i’m a size 12/14

I am size 16 and ordered the smaller one. It was tight and because it is only held with plastic velcro I exchanged it for the larger one. Much better and easy to tighten with the two extra straps once the belt is in place. It definitely needs the larger battery and I sometimes run it three times in a row repositioning it slightly each time. I'm really pleased with the difference it makes to my lower back pain
