I’m still using this headset that I originally purchased 2 years ago. Perfect for those that can’t have both ears covered due to medical reasons!

This is the first time working with these type of headphones, they're amazing Very light comfortable, and they do cancel out the sound and and my speech is very clear when talking to customers.

I use these headphones for my WFH job they work fine but after a while my Patients say they hear my kids in the background but they only hear them if they close up to me but I still personally love them I would like them more if they were Bluetooth but I still love them 🫶🏼

This was a great product purchased almost a year ago however about a week ago while using this with my laptop a got an error stating the USB port this headset was connected to had overheated I immediately unplugged it and cleared the error message. I attempted to plug it back in but it was no longer working and the section were the volume and mute buttons is located was hot to the touch also noticed the coating protecting the wires was melting. Would recommend for short term use but if you work from home just invest in a better pair.Update**** Companies customer service has been amazing. The headset comes with a 1 year warranty my headset fell within that timeline and the company was able to replace it. Shipping was extremely fast received new headset within a 2 days! Due to the company’s great customer service along with the fact that this really is a great headset change review.

Mic goes in and out.

I purchased this headset over a year ago and love it. I use it for virtual meetings at work. I've been told that the sound is clear for others and I've had times where there are loud noises going on around me and those in the meeting with me did not hear them. I decided to buy another headset since I love the one I have and wanted a backup on case something breaks. The set that was sent to me did not work, but the Callez customer service was prompt in troubleshooting with me and ultimately sent me a new one with a quick turnaround. I prefer the headsets with a cord because I like to be able to see that the mute button is working and find they connect more seamlessly with my work computer. Don't hesitate to buy this if you're looking for a budget friendly good corded headset!

Love this my 2nd one had other 4 yrs very tough but rolled over it too many times

I started working from home, primarily on the phones, and needed a headset. I tried 3 different versions from Amazon and this one has been my favorite. I wanted the single ear type so I could hear other noises and not fall into the "yell to hear myself" trap from using double ears. This was easy to use, just plug it into my USB port, pretty comfy on the ear. What I'm not crazy about: the sound isn't the greatest, sometimes it sounds a bit hollow, but works fine for hearing others speak. While I love the buttons on the cord that allow you to adjust the volume, on me the switch is almost exactly where my desk edge is, so I have to be careful I don't accidentally hit the buttons if I lean forward. I use the little clip on my clothes to keep the cord higher up but would prefer if I didn't have to. My favorite part and why I like this one the best is the adjustable mic. The other headsets I tried had a very firm, straight mic and this one is super bendy, you can angle it to get really close to your mouth which helps people hear me. Great price too. I'm getting a second one for a backup.
