Great cage, great size. I bought it for our 2 new little rescue rats. Only thing that sucks a bit about it, echoing others, is that the access is fairly poor. The tiny door is just too small to reach up easily and certainly not ideal when you're trying to get rats used to you. However that is the only negative thing. The quality and size is fab, great accessories, and perfect for at least 2 rats.

My daughter's hamster seems very happy in this cage - enough room to add lots of bridges and things, a free-standing wheel and even an extra shelf: he trundles about apparently quite happily, climbing the door on the side of the cage when he thinks it is time for him to come out and play. The cage itself seems sturdy and well made - although the box when it arrived was a bit of a shock, it was so big!The only negative thing I have spotted so far is that the floor of the cage is ridged instead of smooth, making cleaning slightly more onerous than it might have been, but that doesn't seem to bother the hamster...

Cage was damaged when arrived

I absolutely hate this cage!!!!!!! If I had friendly rats it might of been only slightly better. It's not easy access, that's the main problem I found. Just small door at bottom either side but in a really annoying place. It opens at top to but because the cage is so tall I needed a ladder to access the top more easily, not easy when on a ladder :-( I got this cage for rats I bought at pets at home. They were extremely nervous and it meant I could never get near enough to them with this cage because of badly located doors. It would of been better if it opened completely on top and front or at least a bigger more central opening at the front rather than a tiny opening right on far side. It's not easy to keep clean. Could not wipe down either of the shelves (which need a wipe daily) without having to take them completely of because you can't reach them, you then have to keep taking base of as well as detaching shelves which is a pain but also not ideal if you have nervous rats. I got the furplast furat plus and I'm so delighted with it for my girl rats that I purchased a second for the boys. The furat is only a little shorter but opens completely on top and has a massive front opening

It arrived in a massive box, which I had to borrow a car to take home. Since it was a Christmas present, I didn't open it myself. Turns out the box contained only the cage, and was missing the bowls, water bottle, shelves, ladder and tube. Completely useless. I hope the replacement is better, but the distance I've had to carry this monster package has been no fun at all. Unprofessional and I'm staggered when I try to imagine how every single component bar the actual cage could have been left out.

Fit for purpose. Recommend getting shelving as this cage has none.

It arrived broken, with hardly any protective packaging, there was very little in the way of instruction so it took a long time to put together and the pieces didn't all go together very well. There also was only one tube, not two like in the picture, and the tube that is with it spins around and wobbles a lot when my rat is in it, so I don't think it's very safe. The product looks good, but there are so many flaws and it's arrival was disappointing. :(

Firstly this is not suitable for adult rats to live in full time however as a hospital cage it is perfect. I brought this when one of my rats sprained his paw and the vet said he was not allowed to climb for a week. There is nowhere in this cage for a rat to climb so it was perfect for keeping him still during recovery. Although both rats were delighted to be back in their normal cage (a liberta explorer) once the recovery period was over, I would recommend having one of these on hand for emergencies as you never know when these things might happen. it is very easy to store when not in use it fits nicely on top of our wardrobe.

Cette cage est parfaite pour mes trois rates. Spacieuse au sol et de la hauteur pour grimper. Le bémol cependant se situe au niveau des ouvertures... elles sont petites et le nettoyage régulier de la cage n'est vraiment pas pratique.

Pro: recht viel Platz für Gegenstände, Ebenen, etc.Kontra: Plastik über Plastik, zu wenig Türen, schnell verbogene Stäbe, das Plastik verfärbt sich und zerkratzt sehr schnell, nicht wirklich für Kleintiere geeignet (allerhöchstens kleine Vögel)Für den Preis NICHT zu empfehlen. Bei Ferplast soll der 194€ kosten? Spinnt ihr? Das ist ein billiger Käfig, der nur Nachteile mit sich bringt... Nie wieder fertige Käfige kaufen! Ich baue lieber Holzgehege, tierfreundlich, selbst..

La cage en elle-même est jolie est assez grand pour accueillir 4 rat(te)sLes petites ouverture sur les cotés, sont juste trop petites et il aurait fallu qu'elles soient du même coté. Il est impossible de vraiment jouer avec ses rongeurs de cette manière.Pour l'ouverture du haut, une galère aussi...Pas pratique pour nettoyer et apprendre aux animaux à devenir propre !Par conséquent, j'ai cédé la cage à mon ami et j'en ai acheté une mieux, plus grande et avec de grandes ouvertures! Cela change la vie !Par ailleurs, la cage est arrivée abîmée . Les barreaux sont nombreux à être tordus !

Der käfig ist wirklich groß aber die Etagen sind zu klein sodass die Ratten eventuell aus einer Höhe von ca 45cm fallen könnten. Der käfig kam dazu bei mir noch beschädigt an und der Versandtermin wurde nicht eingehalten.Mein Fazit : Schöner großer Käfig, nur die Etagen sollten größer sein. Für den Preis kann man sich einen besseren holen, oder man muss zusätzlich noch eine Etage und andere Sicherheitsmaßnahmen kaufen!

Le seul reproche que je ferais à cette cage est que les ouvertures sur les côtés sont trop petites, mais elles ont le mérite d'exister. Je me sers la plus part du temps de la grande porte du dessus. Ayant 2 rats, j'ai pu suspendre 2 maison et des hamac un peu partout. Je ne regrette pas mon choix.
