I wanted something like this for my porch so people will know I have candy alternatives without getting all the signs and flags and teal painted pumpkins. It definitely isn't worth more than $5, at best. It didn't arrive damaged, so that was good. The paint on the face seems to look okay. It is definitely not a large bucket, the photo makes it look as if it's quite large. It is not sturdy and I would not recommend using this to haul treats around from house to house. The handle is so weak you'd end up with a spill if it got too heavy. My handle was stuck under the lip of the bucket and I had to do some bending to get it into a usable position so good thing it was quite thin and flimsy for that purpose. Overall it will work for what I'm using it for, although it's a little smaller than I had planned.

Cute bucket, the handle comes loose pretty easily but like other reviewers we are using it as a stationary candy bowl so not really an issue. However, I saw this exact bucket in a local CVS last night for half the price I paid here on Amazon. Had I known this item wasn’t as hard to get I would have waited. Almost $9 was a lot for this item no matter how cute. Glad to have it tho as my daughter’s school club will be prepared for non food trick or treaters.

Great bag! I used it to hand out Halloween treats this year. We only handed out small non-food items/toys instead of candy, and despite what people might assume, kids LOVED the non-food treats!!! Think fake plastic spiders, Halloween pencils, tiny yo-yo’s, etc, you can find bulk packs of these small toys here on Amazon. It’s so easy to support the Teal Pumpkin Project and help the kids with severe food allergies to things often found in candy (peanuts, milk, egg, soy, wheat, etc) feel included at a time when they can feel very left out!!

I buy hundreds of items off of amazon each year. In the past I have felt like I've overpaid for items, but this has been by FAR the most disappointing purchase I've made. This bucket feels cheap for a dollar store item, let alone the price they are asking for an out of season item. Dont waste your money on this, the handle feels like it's going to break carrying just the weight of the bucket. I couldn't even imagine going trick or treating with this thing as it would surely break half filled with candy.

This item was smaller than what I thought and very flimsy for the money it cost. It did do the trick though because it made people aware that my candy was good for most everyone.

I bought this jack-o-lantern to use on Halloween, for the teal pumpkin project. It worked great for what I needed it for: to hold halloween trinkets to hand out for those who can't have candy.

I bought this bucket to hold bean bags at my office. The material is very flimsy. Definitely not worth the money.

It came cracked. So it’s not as durable as expected. Plastic is flimsy.
