最初は香りに慣れなかったが慣れたら大変美味しくなりました。
濃いのはよいですが、雑味も多く繊細な料理には合いません。カレーみたいな濃い味付けのものには大丈夫でした。追記慣れてきたのか、ボトルの中程は雑味も減り美味しくなってきました。香りは独特ですがさっぱりとした後味で美味しくなってきました。追記2022/4/8雑味が全く無くなり非常に美味しいです。サッパリとしているけれど風味があり濃いのでとても美味です。
