Best fryer on the market. Easy use.
Best fryer on the market. I have tried many other brands nothing else comes close. I always have went back to this one. It holds a steady temperature, perfect for frying. It’s just plug it in, let it heat up and fry. These fryers last forever. It won’t smoke up your kitchen.

Just What The Chicken Ordered
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the smaller one 6 months ago. I was okay, but it only held a small amount. This one is awesome. It has a divider. This one is really large. You can fry at least 4 to 5 whole catfish. I’m frying 20 wings and it only took up half the space. Heats up really fast. I would definitely recommend for you to get this one.

Bachelor toy
I forget if I bought this at Amazon. I probably did. It holds 48 oz of cooking oil. I can get Canola oil all day long at King Soopers in that amount for less than 3 $ a bottleI used to filter the oil. what a mess. now I just take the used oil to the Bio Diesle guys after 5 or 6 fries. that's about all you get in reality. don't be cheap. wash the thing out and let it dry out prong side down for a couple of days I have done this numerous times with 0 problems. the machine itself is definately well worn looking with much patina from splatters. get one of those frying pan splatter guards. they work great at knocking the splattering coming out of the top. I still lay some newspaper underneath and around the area at a safe distanceamazingly enough, the well where the oil and the 48 oz marker line on the inside of the fryer are still pristine. how cool is that?I actually use this for just 2 thingsBeer battered Catfish Fillets and Chicken Thighsthe 1st thing i did was frisbie the divider as far as i could fling it along with the stupid spoon that comes with itI have a old slotted spoon that works better and a Chinese spyder that i cut down the handlethey say when it's golden brown and floats to the topit's doneI put em both in the oven on warm for a half hour to "Proof" just to make sureboth are safe at 160*only 2 thighs at a time fit right in this thing in my experienceor one large catfish fillet cut in half at a timeyou could do all of this 6 times or more in a party situationyou could have a damn good fish fry and fried chicken over the weekend with your palsbut i would dump the oil on mondaychange the oil every 6 fries ($.50 a fry is pretty cheap)and you will be likin' this thingget a splatter guardand don't put the rubber lid on till it cools offdon't ever walk away while doing thisthat could be a real draga good tip is to let the chicken or fish get to room temp 1stpretty much standard professional chef advicelook it up or watch food network for a whileI had a couple of those stainless household restaurant looking fryers big mess and many parts to deal with and not enough room for the food to roamTried it in my cast iron stock pot but wasn't able to save the oil before it wore outfor the occasional deep fryi couldn't recommend anything better than this prestone dual daddy for 40$with the the free frisbie that comes with it for you to fling immediately into a deep canyonEasy to use1 48oz bottle of oil that is pretty cheap at most super markets VEG or CANOLA (for 6 whole frys)Peanut is great but is priceyno olive oilit can't take the heatCrisco is the holy grail for deep fryingI love my Dual Daddy and I hope this helps

Best liile deep fryer
This is the perfect little deep fryer. It heats up quickly so be careful and there's not a lot of stuff with it just a cupped spatula with holes to release some of oil while taking your food out of the pot a divider to turn your fryer into two fryers at one time and lid to allow to keep your cooled oil just make sure the fryer has cooled down completely because it will melt the lid if you put it on before the fryer is cooled. It doesn't take up a lot of space so you can use in a small kitchen. It's differently not a fryer for a big party only has the capacity to cook enough for maybe three people a time. Only thing I don't like is there’s no temperature indicator so you have to keep watch on what you're cooking. But other than that I recommend this deep fryer.

WAY BETTER FOR DEEP FRYING THAN THE OTHER EXPENSIVE MODELS I OWN
Our Family loves Deep Fried Chicken and Tempura Shrimp and Vegetables. So, over the years, I've had many different deep fryers. Some create too much smoke. Some are just so darn hard to clean or spatter oil out on their protective enclosures. I ordered this on a fluke thinking it would get me by till I could find a more "expensive" model. HA - now I'm going to buy one for my brother so he can fry his own chicken. This is SO easy to use. Some people complained there is only one temperature, but folks, deep frying is deep frying. Most types of deep fried foods will need to be exactly at the temp this gets to in order to not retain oil in the food. Also, compared to other models of fryers, this holds SO MUCH MORE food, without reducing oil temp, than so many other fryers. I purchased the model that has a divider in the middle so you can fry two different foods at once without the foods mixing, and it holds more than the size down. While I usually cook just for 2, the larger model allows me to cook a whole chicken in TWO batches instead of 3 or 4 which really saves time from start to end of cooking, especially for 10-14 minute deep frying of things exactly like chicken. I don't mind that the outside gets hot - duh -- use the cool handles to move it around if you must move it after heating the oil. I don't mind not being able to control temps. This is a simple, plug in, large capacity, double sided Deep Fryer that cooks the food perfectly. We've used it now ~ 5-6 times since it arrived. Couldn't be happier. Putting the more expensive stinky fryers in the trash.

The fryer did not heat up after a few uses
Terrible product. It was too late for me to return after the return had expired. I tried contacting the manufacturer but to no avail.

Great Product!
I have been a fan of Presto Fry cookers since they began with the Fry Baby. I was just a kid then and now that I am almost to retirement age I still depend on this product. I think I have purchased 1 Fry Baby, and 2 Fry Daddy's and I just purchased this magnificent creation the Dual Daddy in my lifetime. ! I love this cooker for multiple reasons, the temperature always stays hot (provided you give it the proper time between food drops). As a kid I worked at a Taco franchise that made deep-fried burritos, I have loved them ever since and I can re-create these in this Dual Daddy perfectly for my family without squshing them as I tried to make them in the Fry Daddy, since it was round. This oval design is perfect for cooking on both sides at once I can cook anything from snacks to entrees. We love this product.
