So far, so good. Item came very well packaged. It can look a little confusing at first but overall is very simple to use. The directions can be very confusing. They are not translated well from Chinese to English but I understand that is difficult (my son has taken 4 years of Mandarin). But honestly, you don't need the instructions. Put batteries in the device, snap it to the pads and stick on the body part you are wanting to use it on. Push the on button, push the program button to change the program (so far, my favorite is when 1 and 2 are lit), then hit the on button to increase the intensity or the button below it to decrease the intensity. Now, I have a tens unit at home and could have used that for the same purpose but with this I'm not fighting with placement. Now, for those people who don't understand, this is technically an electrical current stimulating the muscle. If you've never been to a Dr that has used it, you may be surprised. Start low and gradually turn it up. I've always loved my tens unit really high when I go to the Dr, so I was able to go to the highest level with no trouble. Now, this is not gonna be a miracle and you are gonna have rock hard and just from this. But it is a great addition to a workout and reasonable diet. Go for a walk and wear it. It'll be really good for you. It can also help with muscle soreness, just like a Dr's office. So, overall, I like the product. It does stimulate the muscles as it is suppose to.

Abdominal worked well for approximately 3 weeks. After that would not start, changed batteries, changed extra pads simply would not work. Arm toners continues to work but found them too painful to use, received bruises after use. If you have mature skin pulling the sticky pads from arms are simply to painful. Not worth it.

This product really works it works your muscles as if you had just done sit ups or used weights. It was too intense for me , but my boyfriend loves it.

Just got mine the other day. Was dying laughing when I put them on my both my arms and turned them on haha my arms were contracting like crazy and I looked ridiculous but it was super funny and really was working! The ab one is great. It feels really weird at first but then you get used to it. Currently using it at work and my desk started shaking from the machine being used on my stomach lol. Can't really do much when you are using them so its good before bed or when you are just hanging around the house. I work out constantly so this is just for an extra help for muscles I am not able to target enough. Will keep you updated

This product is made very cheaply. The gel is no longer sticky after maybe the 3rd time you use it. The replacements last for about the same amount of time. When beginning the program you have to push the start button about 5 times just to get it to start. For the money it’s not horrible but I would recommend many other products because this is not worth wasting nearly $50 I was mostly upset that I had to keep pushing down on the product to make it stick again. I even used rubber fitness bands for my arms because they kept peeling.

I set it up and stick it on my abdomen, the micro-electric wave shock really give me a great feeling on my abdomen. It really help with building up the abdominal muscles, and give you a very great massage like feeling!

The product did not come with enough electroid pads to use. I purchased them and the product does not work. I ended up purchasing a different unit from another company and it works great. The instructions were in English but poorly translated. This product was a total waste of money.
