Doesn't work as expected.

This item works somewhat, but is not the best quality. Although it helped remove some wax, it was minor. The tips can be painful to use if not done properly.The tips do not stay in the handle well, and are prone to coming loose.The packaging was nice, and materials all seem to be good, but just doesn't function well.Overall an OK product.

Easy to use and clean

This product did nothing and arrived without instructions which were sent in an email. The instructions said to turn the ear cleaner in the direction of the arrow which there was no arrow on the product. Tried it both ways and no results.

Works no better and not much differently than your typical Q-Tip. Is not the wonder product it claims to be, but whatever, it's not very expensive.

I had to go to the ear doctor after this jammed wax further into my ear. My doctor said these are a CRAZY bad idea; I was not his first patient who'd made the mistake of trying a device like this. Use an irrigator and suction bulb instead. Ask your doctor.
