This is a great freezer thermometer with adjustable settings for when to receive alerts. It has a viewable hub that constantly shows the temperature that can be placed in an area where it can be easily seen. The hub also has a warning signal when your set low and high temperatures are achieved. I had one question directed to customer service and they were prompt and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We picked this because of the phone connection! Our deep freezer got unplugged accidentally and we lost a whole processed hog and half a beef! We have since installed this alarm and it even alerted up when we lost power due to a storm. An absolute must have!

On December 26 2024, our kitchen refrigerator totally went off and the amount of food lost was approx. $ 500. As soon as the new refrigerator came in, I browsed through different temperature monitors on Amazon. And after carefully going through the reviews, I decided to purchase this product. It was very easy to set up and was working great.However, after almost 5 months of used, the Hub suddenly stops working (No Power).I contacted product customer service, and they promptly responded to my issues and the communication was very smooth throughout process. Within a week I received a new Hub (replacement) with an extended warranty for 2 years, and my device is finally back to what it was before.Thank you very much MOCREO for being so AMAZING. I will be updating the review.....

Only con is it's signal range being limited by Bluetooth. Luckily we have a small house & putting the bridge at a half point, allows it to get signal from both sensors

We had some issues with our freezer not maintaining temperature after a power outage. We wanted to ensure the freezer was staying at the correct temperature and this device has been a great solution. The probe allows for real-time temperature monitoring and the app will alert us if the temperature goes outside of our predetermined parameters. I also like that the sensors are rechargeable.

If buying this for an indoor refrigerator, it’s probably a five star rating. But I bought this to monitor our new garage-ready refrigerator after our previous 20 year old refrigerator finally called it quits. The wifi system works through a couple of walls and it tracks the temperature rather well. But during our hot and humid summers here in Florida, the need to snake the cable through the weatherstripping causes an issue. I noticed that there was just enough gap to feel the cold air escaping the freezer around the area of the cable. After a few days, I discovered frost being generated in the freezer as a result of the cable preventing the weatherstripping from sealing the freezer. The cost wasn’t there prior to installing this unit, therefore a 3 star rating since it works well, but not in a Florida garage environment.

Never realized how opening the refrigerator & freezer doors causes a VERY QUICK increase in temperature.Bought this device to keep an eye on my meat freezer, and alert me to any potential costly issues, with a $1000 worth of food. Also discovered that the temperature varies throughout the day, even when there is no opening & closing of the door, as my old style analog thermometer aways showed a constant 0 degrees...

I switched the temperature unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius in the app, but it keeps switching back to Fahrenheit after a while or when the system restarts. There’s no “Save” or “Apply” button, so the setting doesn’t seem to stick. The display and the app both revert to °F.I’ve checked the official guide (on mocreo.com), but it only shows how to change the unit, not how to save it permanently.Has anyone figured out how to make Celsius the default setting that stays?I’d love help from MOcreo or any other user who solved this.
