This is my go to stress relief drink now. The raspberry lemonade flavor is refreshing and I love that it's all natural, vegan and has zero sugar. Do NOT BUY! When a product doesn’t even suggest how you should take it (on a full stomach, on an empty stomach, etc) is a red flag! I hate I purchased this and it isn’t even eligible for a return! I purchased to assist in bringing my stress levels down, the only thing it has done is INCREASE MY STRESS LEVELS! DO NOT BUY!!!

The flavor is not bad but it causes a little nausea and mild headache for me sometimes but not every time I drink it

It works but only if you’re consistent. It’s pretty sweet-tasting, but it does the job. My sleep improved miraculously.

Absolutely love these. I’ve been super stressed starting a new job and I’m so anxious I feel like I can’t think. That’s all changed since I started drinking these. I take it at night after I eat dinner and I feel so relaxed and calm.
