Grey Size 8 Running Shoes Inserts for Men Women, Athletic Arch Comfort Insole

I purchased a size 9 to fit in my size 9 running shoes and it’s a tad small. Definitely need to size up in the insole but other than that it does give me support for the whole day. Comfy and somewhat thick padding. Would recommend

This is a great insole, but it is too small for my wide New Balance shoes which leaves a ridge that caused blisters to form.

These are the best shoe insoles that I have ever used. I have used many different ones, including some that cost 3-4 times as much. I walk 25-30 miles per week and excellent shoe inserts are critical if I am going to keep my feet from getting sore and callused. These are superb.

I bought these to put in my running sneakers and they take up a surprising amount of room. They also didn’t offer support to my arches, and after 1-2 days they started to make my feet hurt. My best advice: don’t buy these if you have wide feet with high arches. Besides these, they fit perfectly in my shoe and the cushioning on the heel is ideal for shock absorption.

Great addition to a flat shoe. Very comfortable for average size foot. Purchased to enhance a ballet flat and found it lifted my heal enough to avoid rubbing. Used for over a year and still holding up!

These insoles say they are for comfort and stability, but are hard as a rock. I an feel the plastic "support" areas cutting into my foot. Returned them.

When I first took these out of the package I was prepared to trim them as I bought the L size & am a women's 9, I did not have to trim them at all. These are perfect for anyone who is a size 9 in women's, anyone who has larger feet will feel the tip of the insole. My first try I thought they were a bit hard but was ok with that given the arch material is harder. The more I wear my sneakers with these, the louder they get. It sounds like I'm walking on crunchy snow (& kind of feels like it) while walking around my house. I'm disappointed these didn't work out & will look for another insole.

Fits perfect for my adidas shoes 8.5. I ordered 8-8.5. I removed the worn insole to put these in. Happy with purchase.
