26655 Thermocouple Mr. Heater Heat-Star

To be clear, the part shipped to me looked exactly like the one I took off EXCEPT is had 10mm metric threads not the 5/16 SAE (small end) fitting required. I did not see a way to choose. Oh well, at least they took the return.After further research I found that the SAE threaded part is for 2010 and earlier. Apparently, Mr. Heater changed to metric in 2011 and the part number stayed the same.Suggestion to the seller is to have the purchaser to select SAE or Metric.

I went to put this on my heater and the threads were metric instead of US. Wouldn't work.

It lasted 5 hrs and quit. Same issue not sending millivolts to the valve

On time and as advertised. Can't ask for much more than that.

Does not fit an MH55FAV.
