I bought this because there were reviews and photos showing it fit lansinoh discreet duo. What I got sent absolutely did not fit. The backflow part was curved and did not fit this pump.

Getting the proper size flange is so important that I cannot stress this enough ladies! Having the right flange will make a HUGE difference on pain and add to the amount you get out, so it's a win/win. These flanges fit great in the Momcozy pump and the other off brand pumps I have. I think they are a little bit pricey for a single pair, but they work great so I'm not gonna complain.
