Too bright for ambiance lighting
This is not a negative review of the product. I found the product and customer support to be of high quality. These are heavy-duty commercial grade as described. Very industrial. Depending on the desired look that could be good or bad.The product was as described but I returned these because they were too bright for the space. It is difficult to appreciate how bright 2w LEDs are without seeing them. I wanted soft glow for ambiance, whereas these pretty much daylight my patio space. They certainly provide enough light to read by. If that is your intent these are perfect. Just be aware the bulbs are so bright it is uncomfortable to look directly at them at full brightness in the dark. They are dimmable but outdoor dimmer switches don't exist so I didn't try. If these are planed for use at full brightness I would recommend mounting them high (10' or more) and out of direct sight lines. If you want soft yellow glow plan to use a dimmer or use 1w LED bulbs or less.
