I love this soup mix and you will too! It used to be available locally but no more. This is my go to product for a quick soup and sandwich meal or rainy day or winter day. Heck, any day is great with this soup mix. 2 cups of milk, 1 package of mix, add frozen broccoli florets. 10 min later, add 2 tablespoons butter and enjoy!!! Guaranteed!

I'm on a Keto diet now and was really missing having soup. I made this as directed except I used unflavored almond milk instead of regular cow's milk. The flavor is wonderful! I added steamed broccoli at the end of cooking the soup and it was VERY good. I even tried it without the broccoli because I just really wanted to sip it from a mug on a cold night. I can't wait to try the cheddar broccoli mix next.

I've tried other cream of broccoli soup mixes and they do not have the flavor this one does and this one turns out just right in thickness if you follow the instructions on the package. However I do suggest adding about a half a cup more of broccoli it makes a much better soup.
