Legal forms
The forms for last will and testament and living will are exactly as described and easy to use. In my state I have to sign both before a notary and they’re completely legal. I recommend them to folks who don’t have a lot of assets to dispose of and no trusts, IRA’s, etc. Thrifty and uncomplicated for a simple Will.

Not as advertised
It is advertised on AMAZON's site as a CANADIAN LEGAL WILL KIT, but after I received it I discovered that it is an USA Legal will kit. Already opened it before realizing it was not from CANADA.
