Topsolar 180W Semi-Flexible Monocrystalline Solar Panel Charger Off-Grid for RV Boat Cabin Van Car Uneven Surfaces

This panel has been working great since installed. There were a few damaged cells, but customer service handled it. Even with the damaged cells, it’s working great.

Using with high end Victron MPPT controller - this panel output maxes out at 75Watts 24.5v at 3A tops.side by side with BougeRV Arch 100 which produces about 92W at much smaller size!!!

My 180W panel measured 49 5/8 x 27 7/8This is bigger and much different than the listing shows:48.43 x 24.02 x 1.18 inchesOtherwise, it is an inexpensive, flexible solar panelMade in Ch!n@I would like to see more grommets throughout1 additional at each short end ("in the middle")2 additional at each long end (evenly spaced on each long side)Right now there is only one in each corner and 2 more in the middle (on each side)

When first installed we got 1/3 the rated output. A year later they appear to be permanently damaged by normal sunlight in New England. Lucky to get 5 Amps/12v out of 3 180w panels in parallel.

Update: Got new one today and corner has a bad bend in it and one cell is broke. I think they need better packaging, and still have yet to see 150w out of the 180w where it should be. 3rd time a charm?Update: One week no reply, so I return it for an other one to see if the output is better.Test are showing it to be a 150w. So they lied.Only getting 66% (120w/180w) of it listed energy? I tested it side by side with a Dokio panel that test at 81%. (81w/100w)(Dokio 946 square inches is .1057 watts per square inch claim)(TopSolar 1372 square inches is .13119 watts per square inch claim)If I rework the TopSolar panel as a 150 watt the numbers are where they should be80% (120w/150w)(TopSolar 1372 square inches is .1093 watts per square inch claim)I contacted TopSolar to see what they have to say about this.

I use this panel on my boat to charge my ecoboost power station. I was very impressed with how quickly it charged on a sunny day.

Not even close to the watts advertised

Worked OK for about 2 months. After that the output started to reduce until it produced almost no electricity. Tried to get a replacement but never got a reply. It seems as a great product and idea, with it being flexible, but obviously not something that lasts.
