NVG elastic band
So this would not support much movement of NVG with any type of weight associated to them but I'm using for a white light mount. For use with a nitecore HC65M this works great. Band is thick, adjustable low snag velcro for tightness with leather like junction reinforcement.

Don't waste your money
This was total junk. theres no way this will hold night vision steady enough in order to use it hands free. As soon as I opened the package I realized how badly it was designed. Save your money and find a skull crusher or get a bump helmet to mount your nvgs on.

Maybe with a hard hat
I found the nvgs weight causes the mount to sag and not be usable. Maybe if I had a hard hat and tightened it enough...

Add a counterweight and your hood to go.
If you want to put heavier optics on the front, just tape or secure and counter weight to the back of this and your good to go.

Not for moving around.
Mounted a PVS14 to this and tried to wear it. The only way it would stay put was if I didn't move my head at all. The elastic is too narrow and weak, it should've been heavy-duty.

Nice for general use
Headband works great for light items and normal movements. In other word, don’t think you can strap on night vision goggles and go running around. Put a small light or camera on and walk around all you want.
