My hair has been thinning and this product gives great coverage and helps to cover grey hair. Stays on , but can be a bit messy when putting on.

I have thin hair at my scalp that when I wear certain hair styles you can see a lot of my scalp. This has been a life saver and changed the way I can wear my hair. I don't have to think about if my scalp is going to show and look like I'm balding this makes things a lot easier.

I have diffuse thinning all over due to a severe nutritional deficiency and I suspect I triggered some good old fashioned AGA on top of it, but only time will tell. After having an absolute crisis and seeing a derm for treatment-- iron infusions, minoxidil, spiro, vitamins...all the typical first lime treatments and all I can do is wait and hope it gets better, but waiting is hard when your hair literally is thinning each and every day. Thought I'd look into a topper but found this instead.The good: instant coverage and easy to apply. It does what it says it's going to. This actually floored me how well it works. Stays put once it's on. Doesn't melt off if you get caught in the rain. (At least light rain) looks great for Zoom calls where it typically looks way worse because the lighting. Great for in person as long as you don't overdo it which leads me to...The bad: Easy to overdo it and end up with a "wiggy" appearance. It's not shiny/smooth like real hair, so the contrast between my real hair and the flat, rough fibers is more than I would prefer. I think it's hard to tell in the pictures what I mean by that. Also If you are using minoxidil it's hard to apply twice daily if you're also using the fibers. Also expensive. I am parting my hair in the first pic to show the least loss and use the least product. My hair loss is worse than my photo would suggest and I could easily use a ton more product. Finding a section of your hair that looks the least awful and going with that for styling worked for me, but it's not my usual look.The ugly. My part ended up just with the gunk in it the first time I tried as i thought it would work a little better than it did for a center or side part. If you have a wide part with lots of scalp showing the fibers will cling to the scalp and look like dirt. When you scratch your head you scratch off the fibers and leave big white scratches in the "dirt" and look like you've been gardening without gloves. Absent mindedly poking at your head throughout the day will be a habit you will have to break.Basically it's a great product that will help you be less self conscious BUT you may have to change up your preferred style depending on what your hair loss looks like because it's pretty gross looking when it clings to your skin. Keep your expectations realistic. If you have no hair on an area it's not going to work. It needs some hair to cling to. Ideal for moderate hair loss.All in all it's not perfect but it's a lot better than the alternative. This really takes the sting out of my day to day as I wait and hope and pray for it to grow back.

I like the fact that it blends into your hair and darkens the scalp so that the hair appears thicker, especially around the part. Only negative thing is it will come off when if you scratch your head. So just don't scratch it. :)

Purchased this same exact product for over a year now from Amazon and toppik directly. This time I got the product and did everything as usual and suddenly my scalp started to get irritated and burn. The fibers basically flake off in chunks, chunks of fiber or whatever this stuff is. I’ve never had any issues up until now, and I’m really upset about the situation. I loved this product but something is wrong with it! Don’t buy!!

Works for some of those crown points, but I only use it for particular occasions as it makes my scalp itch and I end up with dark finger nails from scratching at my hair over the week even after shampooing it. Gets the job done just not actually feels good

I've tried 9 different hair fibers, hands down Toppik is the best, it's not even close. Don't waste your money on anything else, alot of the ones on the market are selling alot and have 4 stars but the quality of Toppik, compared to those puts it at 8 stars if the others are rated at a 4. Believe me I've tried them all, some a couple times! TOPPIK IS THE WAY TO GO, AND I DON'T WORK FOR TOPPIK, I'M JUST TRYING TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING THROUGH THIS TOO! This is so easy to use and works so much better than I expected! Colour matches easily with my hair and lasts! I've got light blond hair and I got Grey for my moms thin area in back. Toppik hides all the empty areas of scalp and looks natural too on each of us with different colours. I highly recommend this product !
