Errors:1. The Amazon product title states 10” (cutting swath), but the product description states 12”. It does, in fact, have a 12” cutting swath.2. The Amazon product description states it has a telescoping shaft. It does not. The shaft is solid after the two pieces are connected together.3. The Operators Manual has many spelling and grammar errors. Also, there is no mention of the how the line feeds. It has automatic feed, backed up with a manual alternative. Instructions for winding line onto the spool apply to a double-line trimmer. This model has a single-line.Pros:1. It is well-designed of sturdy materials with excellent versatility features.2. I experienced an average run time of 30 minutes when trimming dry grass and the battery re-charge time averages 3 hours.3. It is lightweight, quiet, easy to operate and very efficient. It is far superior to the old gas trimmer it replaced.4. The weight of the battery pack effectively counterbalances the weight of the motor, making it much less tiring to operate.5. The automatic line feed works very well. It advances the line ¼” each time the motor is turned on (from completely stopped). The manual feed alternative (pressing a green tab on the spool while pulling the line) allows you to advance the line without starting the motor. This feature is very effective when the line breaks off short so you can avoid repeated stopping/starting to advance the line.Cons:1. It is inferior when used as an edger because it is too difficult to control and the 0.065 line is too thin for that task. It breaks easily when striking sod or other hard objects. There are other machines much better-suited for edging.2. The machine is 5-1/2 ft. long and it may be awkward to operate for anyone of that height or shorter.3. The auxiliary handle is very helpful when positioned as far down the shaft as possible. It is useless and very tiring if it is positioned up close to grip end.4. The included cutting line is round. It actually breaks grass instead of cutting it…much like trying to slice a tomato with a dull knife. I replaced it with line that has sharp cutting edges. It cuts much more efficiently and also helps reduce the load on the motor.

The spool cap tabs broke off and now it’s useless! A $90 tool reduced to a doorstop because of $3 part! Nowhere to find a replacement!

Only thing I don't like is the string is too thin ,but it edges lawns like a champion.

Good, but wish I could adjust handle smaller.

Does what its supposed to and does it well.

I dont even want to give it a 1 star. No lie, it came apart within the first 10 mins of using it. Dont waste your money.

A nice balance when holding it. Battery holds a charge really well.

Horrible! 20 minute battery life. Very disappointing! Need to recharge 3 times to do my 1/4 acre property line. Returning asap
