Just opened my package and everything was great, simple set up. You can actually move the rocks around to create more noise but it’s not loud because of the size.

If there was a defect in the base/stand, they must have fixed it. I haven't had any issues with water leaks. The pump is really quiet, and the sound of the water is very soothing. I've had it for around two months now with no problems. Two things to be aware of: First, don't put too many rocks in the front part where the water comes down. It seems like it prevents the water from going back into the reservoir fast enough and can make the water run over the base and onto the desk. Second, sometimes it can take a minute for the water to start coming out. I don't know why this happens, but whenever I unplug it for the night, and plug it in the next morning, it can take a minute, sometimes two, before the water starts to flow. Other than that it's a great product for the price.

It was purchased as a feng shui recommended item as I’ve been wanting to change the feeling of my space around my wfh equipment since it is forced to be housed in my bedroom. My sleep has been affected for more reasons than one, and I want to help increase it and get better sleep like I used to. I want to do better with my mindset towards work as well, and fend shui says if you see water flowing it helps your creativity flow. It’s too early to tell if it’s working or not. It’s a great addition to my desk, but the only thing I don’t care for is the water runs down quickly so expect to refill it every time you turn it back on.

The media could not be loaded. It’s pretty, easy assembly and the motor is barely noticeable.

I loved my water fall and the noise it would make but shortly after buying it the water stopped running through it. I tried cleaning the pump and the bowl itself but it just stopped. I loved the product when I got it but was sad to have to throw it out because it would not run the water anymore.

Its my first time having one of these but its seems as if you have to keep adding water and it doesn’t flow out well and I assumed it was going to be bigger. Its okay
