It’s too early to speak on the effect, but they arrived as described and I will say that I’m pleasantly surprised that there’s no aftertaste unlike most of the other causes liver oil supplements on the market

This review is for the item described as “Cod Liver Oil Supplement (1000mg) - 90 Soft Gel Capsules-Daily Omega 3 Supplement with DHA and EPA Essential Fatty Acids- Enriched with Vitamins A and D-Pharmanostix”.I am reassured that the quality of these capsules is good as they are UK made to GMP standards, something I always look for in supplements. I really like the flat packaging. The best before date is 20 months after delivery.Compared to some other brands I’ve had, the amount of DHA and EPA per 1000mg capsules is lower. I am a little confused whether vitamins A, D and E have been added or if the amounts referred to in the ingredients refer to the amount of these vitamins naturally occurring in the oil. While taking these, I’ll stop my daily vitamin D tablet as these capsules have sufficient to meet the RDA.It’s often hard to know whether health supplements really offer any tangible benefits as some may only show up after years of use or through clinical testing but there are many reputable sources of information online which have persuaded me that omega 3 may be of benefit. I recommend people do their own research before taking any supplements and when selecting the dose to take. The manufacturer’s suggested dose is one to three capsules daily.

These Cod Liver Oil Supplements arrived well-packaged - through the letterbox. They are as described and the bottle looks just like the photos advertised.I got these to replace my old supplements, I love the quality of these tablets, they are high-strength and easy to swallow. What I really like about these tablets is you don't get any fish burps or aftertaste which is great.These supplements come with full instructions of how to take and when. The ingredients are clearly printed on the back which is very convenient.

These cod liver oil tablets come in a plastic container with a lid that simply clicks on and off. The container is unusual as it’s thin for easy storage and contains 90 soft gel capsules. Each capsule is 1000mg each containing Omega 3, DHA 100mg, EPA 80mg Vitamin A and D3.These capsules are large but easy to swallow with water. The capsules are soft, and they don’t have any after taste which I find extremely helpful. It does say take between 1-3 a day but I only take 1 a day which is enough for me personally as these have a high dose of cod liver oil at 1000mg per capsule. I have been taking Cod Liver Oil capsules for a very long time because of my Osteoarthritis in my knees, which are extremely painful, and these seem to help to same as any other cod liver oil capsules I’ve taken in the past. I do like these though as they are easy to swallow, and I only need one a day…

Fairly standard soft gel capsules, easy to swallow with water and with no noticeable aftertaste; the recommended 1-3 capsules daily seem excessive to me – I always stick to a single dose daily, so the 90 in the box will last me as many days.Perhaps a wee bit pricey for what they are, but good quality.

Ordered these as need to take for my beat up ex forces knees that creak and crack all the time! The item arrived well packed and the container has a foil seal under the lid. The first thing i noticed and liked was the slimline/narrow container - this allows for easy storage compared to the standard "tubs". The capsules are high strength and easy to swallow with no odour/taste. The container has 90 day supply, so enough to keep me going for just short of 3 months. Great price break and great storage solution. Highly recommended...A+++

This is a really well packaged product which seems good quality which is reassuring.It contains 90 capsules which are of a fair size but still easy to swallow. The fact they are soft gel makes this better and also the fact that they are unflavoured.they claim to use the finest quality raw materials and the fact they are made in the UK is reassuring. I've added them into my daily vitamin routine intake.
