By no means this is not your standard Jack Daniel's experience, it's not your old no.7 amped up to 53%This is a stand alone product with with it's own flavor profile & it is pretty much what it says on the bottle sweet and oaky. It's much closer to Bourbon than Tennessee Whiskey.The mouth feel is creamy and thick! A lot of caramel, tons of caramel in a good way.It gives me impression that barrels used for this blend came from mid and low sections of the rackhouse. It doesn't have any peppery bite and no baking spices (which would indicate barrels were laid in higher floors)Definitely one of experimental twist by Chris Fletcher - Thumbs up!Whisky in this bottle represent's rightfully the concept of traveller... as It does depart from well know flavour foundation into the other grounds of the world.Any Bourbon fans would enjoy it, and anybody who wants to venture into higher proof spirits without getting mouth burns.Do I recommend it - yes!Would I buy it again - yes!It really damn good! (especially during colder season)
