Truly leak proof and keeps the temperature for hours, especially when under a blanket. I fill it with tap water as hot as it will go. The knitted cover is a nice comfy bonus so I don't have to feel the plastic against my skin.

This is the third time I buy this product because the other alternatives smell awful. The problem with this one is that I have to reheat it every half hour because it doesn’t stay hot for long

Soft and resistant

I wish it came with a spout or something to fill it with. Bought for my teen to help with her cramps but she has barely used it as it isn't as easy to use as we thought. It isn't microwaveable like most are. It is big and the color is vibrant, the cover is soft. Just doesn't perform like I had hoped.

Omitting a star because it didn’t come with instructions/lit, which isn’t a biiig deal because it’s just a hot water bottle, but would have been nice to have for something that could burn the user if misused.
