Great little cabinet!
I was a little nervous after reading a few of the reviews...but honestly, this was not hard to assemble at all. I did it while watching America's Got Talent...so 2 hours? I probably would have had it finished earlier, but I kept stopping to watch some of the acts. I am an "assembly junkie" though and know what makes a successful assembly.First, I am a fan of the cam system. It's easy to use and is very strong. The glass for the door was already installed and ALL pilot holes were drilled perfectly and in correct alignment. It came with everything I needed - including glue (thank God...I didn't have any in the house). The back went on with screws and not finishing nails. All holes were precisely drilled and aligned. I didn't need my electric drill at all (darn...I like using that thing...).There is one shelf in the cabinet side - but it is adjustable to 3 different levels. The 2 shelves that make up the cubbies are not adjustable and are glued in with dowels. It is a one-person job; but I did need my husband for help in hanging it (someone has to hold it). They provide a template for drilling holes for the nylon anchors (and real cabinet screws) taking all the guess work out of it.The only thing I was concerned with was that they did not say what size drill bit I needed for the holes for the anchors (1/4" in fact). I had to guess.Funny thing - when I went to install the door handle, I was dismayed that the machine screw wasn't long enough to grasp the threading in the knob. But then I remembered another review I had read saying the same thing and realized they had actually added another screw with the hardware that worked perfectly. The manufacturer must have read the review. Hopefully, they'll read this and include a drill bit with future kits (or at least provide the type and size of the anchors). It's really cute and is perfect for our bathroom. I mounted it high so I can find a towel rack to install on the bottom. If you need one of these - I highly recommend it. I got it on sale and thought the price was very fair (most of the ones we saw at home stores were not as nice and were usually about $98. I think I paid $68 for this. I can see how someone may think the assembly is a little hard - but you can always find someone to put it together for you...maybe ME (lol).

Some blemishes and nicks
Directions lacking but managed. Took me about an hour. Will need a little paint or being aware of placement to avoid blemishes.

looks great
I bought this for our downstairs bathroom, which is not used regularly but is the designated guest bathroom. It is a small 3/4 bathroom with limited storage space, so I thought an obvious place to put towels/TP/etc would be nice - we'd been storing it in a cabinet across the hallway, but what guest wants to hunt through someone else's cupboards to find stuff? It went together easily and looks really nice. I was a total slacker and it sat around in a box for a year and a half before I got around to assembling it and putting it up, but I luckily did not encounter any of the problems that have been mentioned in other reviews. No warping, no screws popping out the sides, etc. It looks great. I did hang it with some sturdier anchors and screws that I had on hand, but I probably would have just used what came with it if I hadn't already had the others. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it really does feel pretty cheap. I think $30-40 would be a fair price for it, you are really paying extra for the style and not the quality with this one. That being said, it does look good!

Looks great in the bathroom
The directions for putting it together could have been better. It looks great in the space. I would have preferred 2 shelves on the closed door side and more holes to make adjustments to the shelves. We took the shelf out of the old cabinet we were replacing and cut it to fit but having more holes would have helped so we could adjust the shelves better. I had to move the magnet for the door a bit further forward to make it catch on the door. Just loosen the screws push forward and retighten.

Pressboard, but still good quality
I love this cabinet. I have a very small bathroom and needed a very shallow shelf to sit in the tiny available space I had. The dimensions of this are PERFECT. I'm sad it's pressboard, but I guess you can't get something like this for under 200 if it's REAL wood. The pieces were all present (it even came with a baggie of "extra" parts) and I put it together myself with no assistance in about 45 minutes. The instructions could be clearer (almost no words) but if you're decent with putting stuff together, this shouldn't be a problem for you.I did not hang this, it sits on the ground. Because I didn't want it directly on the bathroom floor (in case of spills) I put a small section of the included styrofoam packing underneath it and now it sits about a half inch off the floor, and the styrofoam isn't visible underneath.I am very happy with this. I only wish I'd kept the little circular white stickers to hide the lock bolts - I threw them out with the trash. Sigh.

This shelf is the perfect size for a smaller bathroom
This shelf is the perfect size for a smaller bathroom. The instructions were easy to follow and I put it together by myself in about an hour. I did buy metal drywall anchors to hang it with instead of using the plastic ones that came with it just because it seemed like it was kind of a heavy cabinet to hang on the medium sized plastic anchors. I also ordered a more decorative knob to put on it just to dress it up a little but there's nothing wrong with the one that came with it.I almost forgot - I did have to drill a little farther into the wood where the predrilled holes are for the hinges where the door attaches. They weren't quite deep enough to hold the hinge tight so the door would open and close properly. But it only took a minute to make it work so I'm sticking by my five star review. The cabinet is really pretty and I couldn't find something as attractive in the store for the same price.
