Product arrive securely wrapped and bulb was very well protected product looked better than in photo glad arrived early had a few chicks hatch earlier than expected so saved their lives thanks great having 2 heat setting so they don't get to warm

Disappointed in the life span of this product. Used once and wouldn't switch on again. I've now got 3 weeks old puppies who are cold.

Easy to assemble, arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. This has been a life saver as I was able to remove the brooder heat plate which burnt the backs of two of my chicks despite raising it! As long as you can comfortably hold your hand in front of the lamp at the same level of the chicks then you know it’s not too hot for them. I’m now a week in of using this heat lamp and it’s now hanging from the roof of my shed above a brooder. I will definitely be purchasing a second one for winter.

I bought this product for my dog kennel to keep the dogs warm in the cold weather. It comes in complete so you have to assemble it sure was damaged a bit. Not a problem. Very happy with the product really warm and has two temperature settings.
