A good belt for maintaining form, but not strong enough for hardcore lifts
This 'weight lifting belt', whilst offering some support and more sturdy than expected, is really more of a form maintenance belt, and so won't suffice for hardcore lifts, but is genuinely extremely useful for beginners or those wanting to improve their form and core activation during lifts.

Surprisingly sturdy for the price
Bought it as a discount belt to tide me over until pay day - but this is surprisingly good, comfortable, supportive. Only issue is it's a little on the small side - feel like Chinese sizes so order a size up.

Good set
Good selection of bits, easy to use, fits well and is comfortable to have on. Has helped me lift more than I had before. Belts of decent quality and works well

Good belt but split in strap
It actually seems like a really good belt but unfortunately there is a split in the soft fabric part just after the velcro. Definitely value for money because the wrist supports are included. However, I am sending back due to the split. I'll probably order another and hope the next one is OK.
