Bought thisas a Halloween costume for my Mickey Mouse obsessed son. He's 24 lbs at 22 months old and I bought side 18-24 months. On my lean boy it was a little bit big causing the straps to slip but it ended up working fine. The fabric is soft and stretchy and was comfortable for a whole day. Great price and good value overall since the shirt could easily be worn again for other outfits too.
