This product came exactly how discribed, came with a cushion for the seat, the herbs, a measuring cup, a bag to put the herbs in to boil and the self boiling seat. I dreaded steaming because of the process to boil the water in my kitchen then transferring it to the bathroom in the seat— this is much more efficient and come with everything needed. I recommend level 4 for steaming - 5 is boiling temperatures. I use alkaline water to boil the herbs! Perfect 10/10 no complaints

I purchased this for a Valentines Day gift for My Wife, and got it delivered 2 days before as planned. However when she set it up to test run & try it out, it didn’t come on. Now an extra fuse was in the box also, so I changed the fuse and again nothing. It doesn’t come on, but to do an exchange I’m told that we have to wait 30 days for them to receive and test the product and then process a refund or get this “ PARTIAL REFUND “ . Because of this hassle when I do receive my refund I’ll purchase her a different one.She believes she would have loved it but the hassle is unacceptable. I refuse to even call to rush cause I wanna see just how long they’re going to take. Should be given a half star actually

The package came fast. The product has a small dent in the front, but works great. Heat levels are good, definitely recommend no higher than 3. Now I didn’t receive the bag for the herbs in my kit. Which I’m reaching out to the company about. Outside of that the height is good and it is sturdy. No issues with operating it or understanding the instructions, it was easy to clean also.

I like that the product was easy to use and the seat is quite comfortable even though I have a large butt. The only thing I didn’t like was that it will make your menstruation start and last for months at a time. Other than that I love the product.

It's pretty easy to set up and use. I've only used it once and it's comfortable. I had yo set it on 5 though for the steam to come up. I love the smell of the herbs. Good investment.

I had to return the first one because it looked used and the package was carelessly packed. The second one came without a sachet to put in the herbs. I had to improvise.
