Q: How many Mah is the 18650 battery????

1800 mAH... that's on the low end even for an 18650. Why the heck would a battery mfg'r even make something like that? It's like so many rechargeable D-cells... they have the innards of a AA-cell, but charge you 2-4 times the price. BTW, you can get hollow C & D-cell shells here on Amazon, you put a AA in it, ending up with the same thing buying the D outright. Now they DO make C&D's with full insides, but are fairly expensive. Where you can get up to 2800mAH out of AA, you get 5000 & 10000mAH out of C & D.

Q: Where is the low battery indicator light? Tonight it flashed three times and then died with no warning.

I read in my instruction booklet that even after you are fully charged and you use the light and use 1/2 of just 1 % , the red light will come on which tells you there is room to charge your light. You of coarse don’t have to do it then and I have run mine down so far that I could tell the light was very much less bright and needed a charge. The. Red charge light is located right below and inside the actually charge compartment covered with a little rubber compartment cover. Hope it helped Roy
