This new IEM swaps the original’s single dynamic driver for three balanced armatures per ear, and the lightweight housing is entirely translucent to showcase the drivers within. The tuning is different, too: While the EDC has a fun sound with a bit of extra bass, the EDC3 is more neutral and less warm—but still retains its musicality. The two complement one another well for those who like to have a pair of IEMs (one neutral, one fun) to cover all the bases. True audio sound via wired in ear monitors
Great in ear monitors, with an interchangeable cable to allow use for phone calls, FaceTime, etc. While they sounds great and do a pretty good job of noise cancellation for the surrounding room, probably the best part is that you hear the true audio not something that is somewhat embellished by compression or other headphone features.I’ve used them to be able to listen to the actual audio track, when editing video, or for the purpose of just audio editing, to again get the true recorded sound.

Great in-ear monitors!
Dollar for dollar one of the best products I've ever used, great for monitoring podcasts, webcasts, or any recording where you would like a discreet monitoring rather than using on the ear or over the ear headphones.

I fall asleep with these in to drown out the elephants upstairs. Incredibly comfortable IEMs.
