Very much like an office style tape dispenser.
The only drawback I have found is the little piece that holds the roll of tape is a bit loose. The cutter works great. It is heavy enough not to slide around when using it.

This is very sturdy and easy to use one handed if needed!

Poor quality
The media could not be loaded. The small, loose piece that holds the tape roll (that should fit inside the tape core) is too small for a standard size roll of tape. It also doesn't fit well into the dispenser.
