I've found that when I do a session of pulling exercises, after a couple of sets into the first lot of pull ups, the strain on my fingers, wrist, and forearm causes me to really struggle with the rest of the session.Bought these and they've helped so much more than I thought they would. Just got through an entire session with no wrist or forearm strain.They can be a little fiddly at first getting used to the method of tightening them but once you get it, they are incredible. I'm sure not everyone will get the kind of benefit that I did but for the sake of £6, it's definitely worth a go if you have the same trouble as I did.

I’ve used a number of grips over the years and while I’ve no complaints with any of them, I wouldn’t go back after using these.It seems such a simple idea but the addition of rubbery dots massively increases your grip and the neoprene padding completely gets rid of any chafing or the material digging into your wrist.They haven’t magically allowed me to double a PB or get 3 extra sets but honestly, they probably have added 1 or 2 reps to each deadlift set! Which is great!They also come in a variety of colours. I learned his after ordering my neon pink ones...

Unfortunately, I'm not impressed with these. They are very rigid due to the fact that they have a rubber logo all along the actual strap part which makes it very difficult to get the strap around the bar. Getting the first one on is fine, but when you have to do the second one-handed it's tough. Also, while the padded side works well the stitching on the opposite side came loose and scratches my wrist so it isn't very comfortable.Disappointed.

Bought these to replace gloves for deadlifting mainly because the bar was ripping the skin off my hands.Quality is 10/10Material 10/10 ( does not feel cheap)Comfort 10/10 feels amazing for deadliftThe grip is so much better than a pair of gloves and I can see me smashing PBs in no time!Thank you Beargrips!

I'm loving these straps! ......normal straps are good but the beargrips are something else...far superior. I Feel safer when deadlifting. I had spinal surgery in 2012 so safety is a biiiiiiiig thing for me, can't afford to lose grip and jolt in a weird way.Beargrips give me the confidence needed when my natural grip fatigues.Even the material feels better that standard straps...though a little stiff at first, a quick spin in the washing machine soften then up nicely.The rubber grips really help.The foam section for the wrist is a nice touch of comfort too.I will be recommending these across my social media as I'm very happy with them.

Fantastic product! These straps have really made a difference for my lifting and my clients also (I'm a Personal Trainer).They are comfortable round my wrists, made with good strong material and very grippy!I would definitely recommend them.I've also bought 2xBear Grip wire speed (skipping) ropes in the past and found the quality of use to be excellent. The rope was light but moves round so smoothly and quickly and it was much much better than another speed (wire) rope I bought by one of the most recognised sports brands in the world - and cost at least half the price.That's why when buying the lifting straps I decided to go with the Bear Grip straps.Great to see a company who put out quality products - and follow up with a customer service email to see how you are getting on with them.Very contactable, quick to reply and helpful!💪😁🏋🏻‍♂️

Good product, doesn't slip on the bar as the 'plastic' layered on top of the cotton stops slippage.I've not got big wrists, and for heavy shrugs (barbells and dumbells) it's tricky to wrap the straps around enough times to get a good enough grip, as the straps IMHO are a tad short - an extra 10cm would be perfect.Also previous ones (from getstrength.com - NZ) were super thick and brilliant.

This my 6th pair of lifting straps and I've finally found some that are comfortable on my wrists.The padding on my wrists stops rubbing that you get with cheaper ones. They also actually got fully tight round my wrist which I've had problems with others sliding down over my hand (skinny wrist problems).Would definitely recommend.

Las recibí hace un par de meses y desde entonces las he usado en todos mis entrenamientos de fuerza. Se nota mucho la diferencia. El agarre es mucho más ergonómico que sin usar las correas. Como se puede ver en la segunda foto, después de este tiempo aun no han perdido el grip (agarre) y los puntos de goma son muy resistentes. En los ejercicios como peso muerto, remos con barra, Farmer Walk, ejercicios de polea alta y dominadas he conseguido coger más kilos y la barra no se escurre. Al principio, si nunca has usado correas puede resultar un poco complicado ponerlas bien sin que se suelten o te rocen, pero después de un par de ejercicios está solucionado. Han sido las mejores correas que he probado en este aspecto. Otras se desgastan muy rápidamente o de deshace la tela, éstas no. Espero que duren muchos más entrenamientos y, cuando se rompan, las volveré a comprar.·· ·· ·· ·· ·· ·· ··I received the straps a couple months ago and since then I have used them in all my strength workouts. The difference is very noticeable. The grip is more ergonomic than without using the straps. As you can see in the second pic, after all this time they have not yet lost the grip and the rubber points are very resistant. In the exercises such as deadlift, rowing with a barbell, Farmer Walk, high pulley and dominated exercises I have managed to catch more kg and the bar doesn't drain. They have been the best straps I've tried in this regard. Others wear very quickly or undo the fabric, these don't. I hope they will last many more workouts and, when they break, I will buy them again.
