AnyrayLED JDR Light Bulb Dimmable 120V - Warm White 5W=(50W Replacement) E26 / E27 Medium Base 130V

I felt it was worth writing a review for these bulbs as I searched everywhere to find something that looked good and worked as the original bulb in my Dacor Hood. For anybody that has pulled their bulbs out of a Dacor hood, you immediately notice that this is a very unique bulb. My specific hood is a 48" with fully variable lights and fan.The bulbs produce a crisp white, I would say around 3000k. I prefer the color to the original bulbs. These bulbs are made very well. The housing seems to be aluminum but is finished well enough that it looks nice next to the stainless steel of the Dacor hood. The biggest thing is these bulbs are truly dimmable, better so than any other claimed dimmable led bulb I have had.The three pictures show the light off, the light on, and a broad picture of the light color.Even though $30 is expensive for two bulbs, it is worth it.

This bulb is not the same size as the non LED light I was trying to replace. Won’t work in my range hood.

...is the reason I'm rating this 2 stars and because the description lacked information about height. The poor description and lack of information means it didn't fit. The bulbs in this hood are difficult to remove anyways. I removed the old ones and tried to fit the new ones in the hood. The poor fit meant they got stuck. The edges of the flange are really sharp and I ended up cutting my finger trying to remove them. I eventually had to take the hood apart so I could unscrew them from the top. What a PIA.All I needed was good information and lacking that, reasonable response time to my question and lacking THAT a complete answer with the "correct bulb" (I still don't know what the right bulb is.)These bulbs are 70-71mm. This lamp replaced a halogen bulb that always ran a bit hot and that had dimmed appreciably at the end of its life. This lamp produces a white light, as opposed the "warmer" versions I have tried in the past that always cast a yellowish tint, and does a great job at illuminating the surface of the cooktop. In addition, the element is behind a glass/plastic lens, that protects it from anything that gets kicked up from the surface of the cooktop - easy to clean and to keep clean. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Bought for Zephyr range hood. The bulb length is a little shorter than the original but the Zephyr lamp holder is an upside down U, bulb holder at the top, the legs can be bent in or out to accomodate varying bullbs. that part was fine.However these are not "warm White" more like daylight bright, almost too intense for our ceramic electric cook surface.Other wise fine, so far.

Great light when fully bright. The dimmable feature is questionable. Although it works, it flickers pretty badly at "dim" voltages.

These LED replacement bulbs were better than expected! I had to slightly bow out the metal legs of the retaining clip that hold the socket (2-3mm) to get the bulbs to seat properly (easy fix). I suggest removing your filters for easier installation if you have to make this minor adjustment too. They have a nice tight fit under the range hood.

This is 72MM long not 80mm. Says so right on the box. Will not fit my zephyr hood.
